Booking a treatment

To confirm the appointment I take payment by bank transfer in advance. Please give me 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment to get a full refund.

In our first appointment we will take up to ten minutes at the beginning of the session to complete a medical and lifestyle consultation. Subsequent appointments will have a shorter catch up with more hands-on time. Your appointment time is inclusive of consultation, getting changed and aftercare.

I am a qualified professional therapist and have a zero-tolerance attitude towards inappropriate suggestion or behaviour.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment I have a 48 hour notice policy. Treatments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged half of full amount. No-shows or treatments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours will be charged 100% of the booking.

Thank you for your understanding with this; as a small business I need this time to get in touch with the clinics I rent space from to cancel the space booked, or to allow another client to use the time.

Mobile treatments

For Saltford, Keynsham and most areas in Bristol and Bath, mobile massage costs are inclusive of travel expenses. Some areas may have an additional charge depending on your location, but I will confirm this with you before booking.

Health Shield insurance

If you have a health plan with your workplace through Health Shield, you may be able to claim treatments as part of your annual health allowance. Contact me today for more information.

Gift vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid up to three months from the date of purchase. Please check which location your gift voucher is valid for as mobile treatments may have a higher value.
